Proposal 15 – France, a quasi-federal nation thanks to its overseas territories

The APROFED association is contacting you again this week as part of the drafting of its  campaign program for the 2027 presidential elections,  aiming at what a potential candidate could implement in order to establish federalism in France.

This week’s 15th proposal aims to remind people that France is a quasi-federal nation thanks to its overseas territories.
