In practical terms, Corsica could adjust its local taxes, adapt its school curricula to the island’s linguistic and cultural realities, establish its own urban planning regulations, and celebrate its language and culture. Corsica, like the Vendée, the Basque Country, and Normandy, is beautiful when it is true to itself.
