A senior civil servant, Emmanuel Faivre has worked in departmental bodies for over 15 years. Director General of Services for Haute-Saône for around ten years, he has been working alongside Christine Bouquin in Doubs for the past three years. A doctor of geography and regional planning, he advocates for the implementation of federal ideas in order to  Unblock France  , the title given to his latest work.
